Program Coordinator
Each program has a small group of Program Coordinators who manage the daily operations for that days program.
Ex: organizing and communicating with students and parents for the Wednesday night program
As part of the leadership team:
- you organize lesson pairings
- lead season orientation
- check in participants
- facilitate communication with volunteers and students.
During lessons, you act as a resource and ensure safety. It’s a rewarding role with plenty of development opportunities.

Winter Online Silent Auction Committee
Help us with the online auction, running from November 2 -9 2025, with a goal of raising $20,000. Tasks include contacting potential donors, managing the auction platform, and distributing items. The committee runs for 2 months with around 2 hours per week of work from the beginning of September until the beginning of November. -
Wrench Committee
Join our team, led by Rick Turnbull, to learn how to maintain sit skis, wax and edge skis, adjust shocks, and work with the Tetraski. First meeting in early October. -
Social Committee
Assist in planning mid-season, year-end, and summer social events. -
Tetraski Committee/Instructors
Help promote the Tetraski and assist with lessons, potentially becoming a pilot. Must have daytime availability, with meetings starting in October and on-snow sessions to follow. Some dryland training may also be available.
